Monday, January 12th our Lone Oak 3rd graders visited Wofford College for their Third Annual Growing Up Gold Education Day. We were among almost 2,000 other elementary school students from around the community. We enjoyed a women’s basketball game as well as half time and time out activities. Parents, In accordance with our district’s medication guidelines, please remember students are NOT allowed to transport ANY type of medication, prescribed or over-the-counter (Tylenol, Benadryl, vitamins, cough drops, etc.), to school.
